They are specialist in various aspects of Engineering & Procurement, Construction and Commissioning & Services, and bring a formidable repertoire of knowledge, skills and experience to every project.

Nikhil Kilachand

Formerly the Vice Chairman of Dodsal Group, he is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, with an impeccable track record and stellar management pedigree in EPC.

Nikhil has led EPCC operations in the energy, industrial and infrastructure sectors – and delivered outstanding results in highly complex and large scale projects in South Asia and MENA regions.

Sanjay Parekh

He is an industry veteran with nearly two-and-a-half decades of expertise in human capital management, finance and accounting. He specialises in large oil & gas, industrial and infrastructure projects across Asia and the MENA region.

A former Director of Dodsal Group, Sanjay holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a BS in Management.

Satish Meka

He is an executive with over three decades of experience on onshore and offshore oil & gas EPCC operations on two continents. He has been responsible for delivery of large cap projects from front-end engineering, design, build, commission, to initial operations from both sides of the spectrum (Operator & Contractor).

Satish has had an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and HSE in leadership roles with leading companies and in multi-cultural environments
